Standard pattern

of Sunday Services

10.00 am Holy Communion 1st and 3rd, Morning Praise on the 2nd

The 4th Sunday is ‘Breakfast Church’

Starting at 9.45 with breakfast.

Each service has its own theme

There is a Junior Church (Starblazers)  and Creche at our 10.00 am services. Children come into the service during the Sharing of the Peace before Holy Communion.

6.00 pm Holy Communion 2nd and 4th, Evening Prayer 1st, 3rd (5th).

At Christ Church we are committed to the ministry of prayer and healing.

Prayer is available after all our services not just for healing but for the many things that affect us day by day and the life decisions we are called to make. Too often we are guilty of not bringing God into the events of our daily life through prayer.

Mid-week Services

10.00am Wednesday Holy Communion

On the first Wednesday of the month we give thanks for those named in the Book of Remembrance for that month.

7.30 for 8.00 pm - Once a Month

“Out of the Box”

(with Love Southend Youth).

All Ages welcomed

(This event moves between local churches)
