As a church we are committed to supporting Sue Bonner (who up until September 2009 was our Parish Administrator) in her ongoing trip to Uganda to work with ’Restore’.

The ‘Restore’ project is being set up as a result of a request made by the Government of Uganda to Ruth Simms OBE, FRCN to partner them to improve the care of children living with severe, acute malnutrition.
The request is based on work done by Ruth, aided by Sue, in developing services in Uganda for adults and children with HIV/AIDS - providing excellent holistic medical care centred around God’s love.
Sue has worked with Ruth for the last 15 years as Ruth’s Executive Assistant and is now working with Ruth again on this new project.

Sue is self-funding and needed to cover her own living costs in Uganda and was looking for support of at least £100.00 per month for initially one year. A very big thank you to all those who helped her to achieve this. All financial support is being accounted for through Christian Growth International who offered to handle all ‘Restores’ financial matters free of charge. Sue would be delighted to keep in regular contact with her donors with news and prayer requests.
If you, like us, would like more information or to support Sue please contact her by email at suebonner@ymail.com.
